How often should gutters be cleaned in the Houston area?
We recommend twice a year as a minimum -- once in late spring after the oak pollen season and once in late fall after leaves drop. Our Premium plan includes quarterly cleaning.
Can you clean gutters with gutter guards installed?
Yes. Some gutter guard systems still accumulate debris on top or allow fine particles through. We can clean above guards and, where accessible, below them.
Do you repair gutters?
We don't perform structural gutter repairs or replacement, but we'll flag any damage in your service report so you can address it with a contractor before it worsens.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain doesn't affect gutter cleaning and we'll often proceed. Heavy storms are a safety issue -- we'll reschedule you at no charge for the next available slot.
