Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to subscription-based exterior maintenance services provided by Salazar Exterior Services ("we," "us") to homeowners ("you") in our service area. By subscribing, creating an account, or checking out through our website, you agree to this document.
1. How the subscription works
You choose a plan and a service address. We schedule recurring and included visits according to the plan you purchased and the season. Some add-on or credit-based services may be scheduled separately or coordinated by our team. Visit dates and technician assignments may change due to weather, routing, or operational needs; we will use reasonable efforts to keep your service on track.
2. Property information
You are responsible for accurate information about your property (size, windows, stories, driveway, and address). We use this information to price and schedule work. If details are materially inaccurate, we may adjust your plan, reschedule, or pause service until corrected.
3. Billing & payments
Subscription fees are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing interval you selected (for example, monthly or annual). Taxes and fees may apply where required by law.
4. No refunds
All charges are final. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused visits, or dissatisfaction, except where required by applicable law.
You may pause or cancel your subscription according to the options shown in your customer portal and our policies at the time of cancellation. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged.
5. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property on scheduled service days (gates unlocked, pets secured, etc.). If we cannot complete work due to access or safety issues, the visit may be counted as completed or rescheduled at our discretion.
6. Photos & communications
We may capture before-and-after photos of completed work for quality and customer records. We may contact you by email or phone about scheduling, billing, and service issues.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish a new version and may require a new acceptance before you subscribe or renew. Continued use of the service after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
